I have a dry cough, sometimes the coughing is leading to vomiting. The cough is not there for few days but then it reoccurs. And while coughing my eyes also get watery and red. The FDA lists their typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea. How long has he had the cough? If your doctor said it was ok to give your 1 month old Paracetamol/Acetaminophen, just be sure to confirm that the dosage is right so no problems occur. for severe dry cough is cetzine tablet useful ## Cetzine contains the active ingredient Cetirizine, which is an antihistamine used to treat allergies. That said, no, it will not help a cough like that, it is not a suppressant nor an expectorant. Have you spoken to a doctor?

Is this tablet useful in sore cough/cough. ## This contains the active ingredients Pantoprazole and Domperidone, it's used to reduce the amount of acid produced by the stomach and to improve intestinal motility, so not.
