I am using last 4 yrs angizaar 25 & now want to know about the side effect of angizaar 25 mg

I HAVE BEEN TAKING ANGIZAAR H 50 AND NICADIA XL EACH ONE IN THE MORNING AND ANGIZAAR ONE AT NIGHT FOR TWO YEARS. NOW I AM EXPERIENCING A PROBLEM WITH ED & MY LIBIDO. PLEASE ADVISE ME WHAT TO DO ABOUT THIS PROBLEM?
