My left side hurts when I take Hydrosil, why? ## I am not quite sure what you mean. Hydrosil is an antacid and antigas medication. It contains Aluminum, Magnesium and Simethicone. It is used to treat conditions such heartburn, GERD, Ulcers and gastritis. I have Celiac and just found out I have to watch the medications I take now as well. I take D-Amphetamine 30mg BID and was told by my pharmacy the manufacturer was Teva.
