Hi All, I have been having the hardest time finding a pharmacy in Southwest Florida that carries Adderall and its generic. I am currently taking 15mg 3x a day (45mg). My doctor just put in a script for a 3 month supply, to be filling monthly. Walgreens calls me and says they have a new policy stating that because my doctor is over 50 miles away (Tampa area) they can't fill it and the max dosage is 40mg. I'm BAFFLED. First of all, people take up to 60mg a day of Adderall... and now I am on a goose hunt trying to find a pharmacy that is in stock or will even tell me over the phone. I just tried a WinnDixie and am hoping for the best.... I'm looking for an Adderall doctor that writes them for sure in Jacksonville, Florida. I have went back to school recently and it is really hard to focus on my school work. I am in my 30's now. My mom had me on them when I started 6th grade and they did great for me then. I thought they would help now.

I moved to the Yulee/Fernandina Beach area from Mobile, AL. I need to find a new PC & who's "willing" to prescribe Adderall. I went to one PCP, based on a recommendation, and was treated as though I'm a junkie - I'm a 46 y/o professional. She had my full medical records, and still requested "evidence." She prescribed focalin, which is costing me $257! Insurance only pays on reimbursement level. Took one pill & felt dizzy and nauseous the whole day. Insurance also won't cover "medication checks." I can get a referral to a psychiatrist, but, again, expensive. ## Did you ever find a doctor that worked out for you? I also recently moved to Nassau county and paying to see a psychiatrist. It's costing me a boat load of money every month.

I have been waiting for my D-Amphetamine 20mg to be filled for two weeks now and finally today an hour ago I got a call from Walgreens saying my Rx was ready for pickup! I've had adhd since childhood and it has gotten increasingly worse. I've tried EVERYTHING and found that only these two medications really work. My doctor dropped me due to something regarding Obamacare and I NEED to have my prescriptions refilled! These drugs have literally brought my life back to normal!
