I picked up my prescription for lorazepam and this one just looks different than any that I have seen it has the actavis logo like a crescent moon or something and 59 on one side and the othe side is scored. I been taking buprenorphine nalox 8mg 2mg white round tabs logo halfmoon and 155 on the other. I have always gotten them at walgreens. Just this month they stopped taking my insurance and I had to switch to CVS. I went in to fill in my script today for the first time at CVS since I have always gone to walgreens. When I went to cvs to pick them up I noticed they were different these are round orange pill with AN 415 on the front. The problem is these are not working for me hardly at all like the white ones did. And idk what to do. Does Actavis still make Verapamil / Calan in 40mg tablets? ## Actavis has been purchased by Teva Pharmaceuticals, and they produce a 40mg Verapamil with the WATSON logo over the number 404, which is round, and orange. I was given this prescription and it is made by actavis inc. I take 30mg and the manufacturer is different and the pill is a orange or peach color and round. It is smaller than the orange or peach pills that I took before. I would like to see a picture to be sure it is what the pharmacy is supposed to give me. ## @Milopoop, Is there an actual imprint on your tablet for identification purposes? I found a tiny orange pill with a logo that looks like 2 or 3 overlapping triangles, a score, then 28. The other side is blank. Any ideas what it could be? Have white pill with half moon and 063 n the SAME SIDE then a line on the other side to split it if necessary ## This is one of the logos being used by Actavis Pharmaceuticals, they used to use a stylized R on these tablets.
