I suffer with TMJ disorder. I am taking acetyl l-carnitine, probiotics, and nerve shield. None of this seems to be helping me. I don't know what else to do. Please help me!!! ## Hi, Tee! How are you? Since these are just supplements, I'm really not sure what you expected them to do to help TMJ. Have you been diagnosed with it by a dentist? If so, what treatments did they recommend?

Based on my research, the best supplements for TMJ are ones that will reduce inflammation of the jaw as well as relax the muscles. All of the supplements you've mentioned seem great, but I don't quite understand how they can be effective for TMJ. Have you tried any other treatments like acupuncture or essential oils? yesterday I checked my blood after fasting GGT is 101.2 in May count is vdery normal and three months before liver function test done everything normal. I am taking rosuvas10, Olmy D20, Remylin d,vernace acetyl L carnitine and AMIT 10 for neck shoulder pain.Please advise me whether any madicine needed for it. ## That is elevated, but the proper answer on whether it requires any treatment depends on what's causing it. It may just be due to one, or more of your medications and doesn't necessarily mean permanent liver damage. Learn more liver function details here. Have you been scheduled for another blood test in a month or so? Usually, it would require several readings to definitively show that something is wrong and for action to be required.

I am currently taking Xarelto 20mg (for dvt) and know that there aren't many restrictions related to herbs and supplements. I have used evolution leanmode in the past for exercise and weight loss. I checked the ingredients one by one to make sure there aren't any interaction and still am hesitant prior to taking it.
