I went to Walgreens to have a script filled for 2 mg of 60 cylonipan on Tuesday. I didnt count the # b/c i assumed it was ok. I took my prescribed amount over the next day in a half but then realized it didnt look like 60 was in the bottle. I counted them and there were 24! I went up to the pharmacy but they said the amount was double checked and they couldnt have been wrong. The manager is out for a week and im ok with the meds for then. I only ask because there aren't any actual drug listings that match that particular imprint, without being followed by a three-digit number on the other side (usually starting with a "2xx"). Lansoprazole, a white capsule with GG 637 imprint, has been prescribed to me replacing a pink and aqua capsule, also Lansoprazole, that had a Prevacid 15 imprint. Can't find anything on GG 637. Both are by Sandoz. Any help please? ## Prevacid is a name brand for Lansoprazole, which is a proton pump inhibitor that used to reduce the amount of acid produced by the stomach. The reason the other one is probably not listed is because this dosage is available over the counter now, and OTC products aren't required to list their imprints with the FDA. Did you ask your pharmacist to double check for you?

The medication your inquiring about called Ativan (Lorazepam) is in fact used to relieve anxiety. It works by slowing activity in the brain to allow for relaxation. I don't know what types of reviews are out there for this medication, but I'd probably suggest playing it safe and going the natural route. Reason being is that this drug is addictive and based on your description, it sounds to me like your friend may still be recovering from addictive medications. Another trip to detox hospital doesn't seem like it would be in his or her best interest. Has your friend consider...
