I found this and am having trouble finding anything like it. It is round and white, thicker and shiner than any normal pills I get. H 48 on the one side and just a line down the other. What is this very small round white pill with a Fancy R on one side & it is scored on the other? ## Hi KAB, I haven't found an exact match to your pill, but I did determine who the manufacturer might be, based on your imprint. Actavis Pharmaceuticals happens to be one company that uses the fancy cursive-like "R" on one side of their pill with a set of numbers & a score line on the other. pill identification - found 3 pills,( in daughter's things) round, white, with just a capital N stamped on one side, other side nothing wondering what it could be?? ## Sorry, I cannot be certain of what it is with just the N marking, there are several prescription and over the counter drugs from the US and Canada with that marking.

Tablets marked with a 44 followed by three additional numbers are over the counter products manufactured by LNK International, they don't make any prescription products. They are sold in various stores throughout the U.S. as generics and store brands. However, I've not been able to find a listing for what this tablet contains, but I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

rond white 686 m ## I am sorry, but I cannot find a listing for this in any of our resources. I've even tried as W 989, because we had that one come up, before, but it was never found either. If it is an M, is it in a square or just by itself? Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? I am thinking it is the same as the other pills that were asked about and since we did not find them, either, it is making me think that it is an over the counter product. ## This pill is a generic Zyrtec.
