Was taking buspirone 5mg for anxiety and it helped but once Ihad my prescription refilled to buspirone 15mg (rectangle split in 5s) it has had a bad effect and isnt helping at all but making me worse. I take the same amount of five at a time but its somehow effecting me different. Is it possible to have adifferent reaction to the same medication just because of the change in mg? ## Hi sam, From my own experience as well as the feedback of numerous other patients, I do believe that changing tablets, manufacturers, etc, can bring about a different reaction - even if you're taking the same medication and dosage. My stance on the matter is based on the seemingly ever-changing list of inactive ingredients (also referred to as binders/fillers) that each pill is composed of. What I've ...

The diazapam is twice a day, which is what most of my meds are.... Except the Oxycodone which is every four hours..... In addition to the above mentioned medications, I am also prescribed: Sertraline 150mg, hyoscyamine 0.375, buspirone 15 mg, ondansatron, zen pep and Omeprozole (sp?).... The biggest concerns that have the potential to be dangerous are combining the Sertraline, Buspirone, Oxycodone and Ondansetron. All of these can have an effect on serotonin, which could result in your developing too much of it and suffering from serotonin syndrome, which risks being fatal. I found half of a pill ending with 57 and is blank on the other side. It's large white and oblong. ## Knowing only part of the imprint leaves it open to several possibilities. Just to give some examples, there's a 5mg Buspirone tablet that meets this description with the marking 657. There's a generic Vicodin tablet, which contains Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone with the marking M357. There's a Sulfadiazine tablet with the marking E757. And that is just some of the tablets that are listed that incorporate the 57 into the end of the imprint. Where was it found?

It was given to my dog by a vet. ZE36 is the imprint on this little white oblong pill. Can't remember what it is or why it was given to my dog. ## Called the Vet,and it was prescribed for Allergies ## Hi Sheila, Thanks for the update. I'm not sure if the Vet gave you a specific answer as to what it might be called, but I did some research and found a white oblong pill with ZE 36 to be identified as Buspirone hydrochloride (5mg). This medication is marketed for use in treating anxiety disorders - So it's unclear to me how it would be beneficial for allergies, but my guess is that animals respond differently to it than humans? Nevertheless, for your own verification, the pill itself is manufactured by Zydus Pharmaceuticals and carries a National Drug Code of 68382-0180. A smal...
