2 Pills oblong pinkish. both say 575 on one side, and on the reverse side on one says W and the other says M ## I'm not finding a listing for this, but I am not sure I am correctly understanding your post. I found a pill on my floor. It is an oblong light peach color with the imprint of W or M depending on how you hold it and on the other side it says 575. I believe it might be my levaquin or levofloxin? I couldn't find one exactly like it on the web. ## Hello, Vicki! How are you? Is the marking possibly W 545?
