The pill shows J on on side and 50 on the other. The color is a light blue and they may be old. Blue oval pill with pne imprint on one side ## Hi marie, Based on the description provided, I did find a photograph suggesting that it may be a medication by the name of "Desienfriol-D 24Tab" that originates from Mexico. Desienfriol reportedly contains: Clorfenamina (2mg) + Fenilefrina (5mg) + Paracetamol (500mg). Apparently it's marketed for similar uses as Mucinex is here in the States. Another individual had also depicted their Desienfriol as being elliptical (oval) & blue with PNE on one side, and I haven't seen anything else quite like it, so this is the best match I could locate in my own investigation. It is used as a sleep aid as well, and Alcohol will amplify the effects of it. While taking the recommended dose (25-50mg), you'll just get buzzed quicker and fall asleep faster. ## It's not good for your liver to drink on them
