1 REPLY Filed under PhenylephrineWe bought a package of OTC cold medicine, and somehow we lost the box. It was a multipack, daytime and nighttime. One set is oblong and blue with 44 485, the other is small round and red with 44 453. My husband is at work and wants to take one, but he is a roofer and cannot get drowsy. Can anyone tell me which is which? ## The blue on with the 44 485 on it contains 10mgs of Phenylephrine and 25mgs of Diphenyhydramine, so it is the nighttime one, because the Diphenyhydramine causes drowsiness. The red one, with the 44 453 only contains 10mgs of Phenyelphrine, a decongestant, so it is the daytime pill. Are there any other comments or questions?

Manufacturer: LNK International You can learn more about this drug on the page for Acetaminophen Details If you have any more questions or comments to add, please post back so I can further assist you.
1 REPLY Filed under Acetaminophenfound a medium blue oblong caplet pill (reminds me of a tylenol) has no imprints or markings on it. Any ideas what it could be? ## long blue caplet could be naproxen ## Yes, there are several possibilities, but without any markings, they are all really just guesses. It could be Naproxen, a generic or store brand of Aleve, as was stated. Learn more Naproxen details here. There's also a chance that it may be a generic or store brand for Tylenol PM (Acetaminophen and Diphenhydramine) or Advil PM (Ibuprofen and Diphenhydramine). Learn more Diphenhydramine details here. Learn more Acetaminophen details here. Learn more Ibuprofen details here. Does anyone else have any ideas? ## Is it still in its package if so take it out cause the other side may swell have 44 453 if so it is a generic p...
