The tablet you listed with the 4211 V marking contains 500mgs of Methocarbamol, which is a generic for Robaxin. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth. As to taking them together, you can as long as your doctor approves, but both can increase sedation, so you may experience more dizziness and drowsiness than usual. it
