It is manufactured by the company Time-Cap Labs (which is what the TCL stands for). They no longer manufacture this pill in the color and imprint, now they use a white circular pill imprinted with a TCL 352. I hope this helps.

My doctor prescribed this to me for my ADHD. The prescription read Dextroamphetamine, 10 mg Tab. Before I got pregnant I used to take D-Amphetamine Salt Combo 20mg's which really helped with my symptoms. My doctor acted weird saying he doesn't like to prescribe the D-Amphetamine anymore because it's an upper and a downer. Made absolutely no sense to me. WHITE OBLONG WITH THE LETTER V ON ONE SIDE AND THE NUMBERS 3536 ON THE OTHER ## Is there a possibility that it says 3596 instead of 3536? If so, then it would be hydrocodone 7.5mg and acetaminophen 750mg. This is a narcotic pain reliever by the name of Vicodin. It is highly addictive and can cause constipation, lightheadedness, marked drowsiness, euphoria. If the tablet really says 3536 then I am unable to find it at this time.

I have a white oblong pill with 58 on one side, and 93 on the other side.
