I found this pill in my living room. It has 255 printed on the right side, and what looks like an upside down 1 on the left side. The back is black. It looks just like Butalb (MIA 106), which I take for headaches, but the imprint is totally different. Any ideas? unfamiliar.. looks like an aspirin but has a capital letter "N" over top of the number 25. No additional markings on the flip side.. just a criss cross imprint. ## It sounds like one of the pain meds that I currently take. Its a form of oxicodone. You may want to check in a current PDR. Closest I can find is a Promethazine Hydrochloride. Looks exactly the same, but white. ## Hi Tina, Looks like the closest match I could find is also the white version of that tablet; being Promethazine HCL. However, I did come across a yellow pill with a very similar marking. It has an "M" on one side and "P/T" on the other. Unfortunately there's no numbers though, so maybe this can at least help to narrow down your search. The pill itself is identified as Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Tramadol HCL (37.5 mg), made by Mylan Pharma. Does anyone else know what the peach pill might be?

Recently at my request my doctor gave me naltrexone to stop alcohol cravings although he admitted he didn't know much about it. I am pretty much an every night drinker, self medication, 4-5 strong drinks per night to ease anxiety. What scares me is the side effects I have been hearing about on different forums about naltrexone. I had a liver panel in late September which came out fine but the doctor told me to be very cautious. I can't afford to miss work and be down and out for any length of time.
