I found it with what looks like caps that were put on it to make it look different but i am not sure. one of the caps is light blue with an 'L' on it and the other cap is red with a '5' on it. the caps do not touch eachother leaving the grey pill showing in the middle. ## That is actually just an over the counter Extra Strength Tylenol, the reason for the gap in the middle is to make it release faster.
