141 White Pill

I have a white pill, it's not small but not big and it has Searle 1411 on it. I'm pretty sure its generic but I don't know if its pain meds or something else? ## Pill Image This is sold under the name Arthrotec 50 Delayed Release, it contains 50mgs of Diclofenac Sodium and 200mgs of Misoprostol. It is used for inflammation from Arthritis and Rheumatism.

I found these while cleaning out med cabinet. They were in an Tylenol 3 bottle, but these surely aren't? Small, round, white; SP on one side, 141 on the other. Help? ## I'm sorry, but so far, I've been unable to find anything that matches this description. However, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

Found in a bottle of other medication, it's oblong, white with 300 on one side and CFZ on the other. I take 2 tablets in the morning at breakfast and 2 tablets at dinner time. I was advised recently to test my sugar 2 hours after each meal for beakfast, lunch and dinner. They said it should be under 140. I can not get under 141 after breakfast, it is usually around 220. Two hours after lunch it is usually below 140, even though i do not take any tablets at lunch. I have tried taking the tablets 1 hour before i eat breakfast and the results are closer to 140. The only time i show bad results is at breakfast. Can you explain whe i should take the tablets?
