What would you say this Tylenol 3 is the equivalent to: Hydrocodone /5-500 mg. or 7.5 - 750mg. or 10 - 1000 mg? OR Vicodin, OR LORTAB (all in the same miligrams as listed above)? ## Hello, Neet! They are just different names for a narcotic analgesic that contains Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen. And just for everyone's information, the ones with those higher amounts of Acetaminophen are no longer available on the U.S. market. Now, that said, the Codeine in Tylenol 3 is actually a very weak narcotic. This is 500mgs of Acetaminophen by itself, no narcotics. This is a generic or store brand of extra strength tylenol. ## Just an additional note, depending on where you looked you may have seen K30 listed as a narcotic because there used to be a small round codeine tablet with that marking but it has been discontinued and is no longer available. Caplet shaped pills with K30 are just Acetaminophen.

What would be the reults of ingeting 40 hydroco/apap 7.5-500tab at one time? ## Ignoring the huge amount of a very potent narcotic that the person would be taking, the amount of Acetaminophen ingested would be fatal. ## white round pill with C above score and CT below the score.
