white 10mg valium: I have some white valium with D10 on one side and a score line on the other. They don't come in blister packs, just loose. I think they are strong and someone said they are English and can range from 10-30mg per pill!! Has anyone heard or had any of these as im thinkin about coming off them but im not sure how to? Any advice? tapering: ive been taking klonopin for 7 weeks now 0.5 low dose. does anyone know how i would taper off this. i am currently taking 1/2 am 1/2 late afternoon ## maria, you are doing right so far, now you need to take 1/2 a day ,then skip a day , THAT WAY YOUR BODY WILL NOT KNOW WHAT TO LOOK FOR. ( REMEMBER ,1/2 A DAY THEN SKIP , YOU WILL SEE IN ABOUT 10 DAYS, YOU CAN GO 2 DAYS WITHOUT, AND GO FARTHER APART, SEE FOR YOUR SELF ## With such a low dose, for such a short period of time, you can probably do it more rapidly than the other poster stated. She started me on Vynase and worked my way up to 50mg, I did last long for me so the other day she switched me to Adderall 30mg. I picked it up this morning and was a generic brand and on the orange capsule says R3061. I took one at 730 this morning and did not feel anything except a couple hours later very lethargic. I know I was not suppose to take another one but I did and did not feel anything. I called the cvs phamasist to ask if there is a difference between the brand name and the generic I am on based on what I have read here and other places and his response was I would have the same reaction if I was on the brand or generic....

Fibromyalgia Pain: I have suffered from all over body pains in muscles & joints for over a year. They have me on a cocktail of meds, none of which seem to assist, such as Cynbalta, Lyrica etc. I have also been on Synap-Forte which seems to assist with the pain the best, but now they want to remove it from the market. I'm at my wits end as this is the only med that really helps. The others just make me feel terrible & & cough like a sick dog when I take Lyrica. The doctors have diagnosed Fibromyalgia, but it seems far more.
