Is the lake charles methodone clinic liquid or pill form and do you have to everyday when u start and for how long oh and if I switch from bureaux bridge clinic can I stay at my same dose and still get my take homes. ## I'm sorry, but there are several in that area, so I'm not sure which one you're asking about. I live in Metairie, Louisiana and attend a methadone clinic 25 miles away everyday. I have medicaid and would love a doctor close by or a clinic that takes medicaid. I'm a single mom trying to stay clean from drugs and methadone works but $165 every week plus gas to and from clinic everyday is taking every penny to my name! My wife has been on Methadone for 5 yrs for pain. We live in south Louisiana but her pain management doctor is in south arkansas where we used to live. Up until today Walgreens has been filling her script. Today they told us they will no longer fill out of state scripts. We have not changed her pain management doctor simply because all of the doctors we have gone to see here have told her they would take her off the methadone and start back with something like Hydrocodone and work back up to the methadone if needed. I have been taking 120 mg of methadone for approximately 5 years. My husbands job transferred us from Florida to Louisiana where I found a pretty good pain doc. He is now running scared and wants to take me off of methadone. Methadone has given me a good quality of life; I am able to work and be a productive member of society. Hi I am going to be moving from Louisiana to Ohio an need to know if they normally keep you at the phase you are or make you start over when you transfer? I have guest doses at this clinic a number of times an they are one of the few that will give me my 2 weeks worth an not make me come daily. Where is the nearest dr. in Florida that prescribes oxicodone and morphine. I am currently prescribed 240 oxicodone 30 mg. and 280 methadone per month. I wonder if any of these drs.. would give 3 month supply so I don't have to return each month. ## No, I'm sorry, but they aren't allowed to do that. Under the current regulations, they can only give one month of these types of medications and you have to return to your doctor each month so they can monitor you and write a new prescription, if needed. I recently moved back to Galveston from Louisiana and need a pain clinic. I took methadone 10 X 3 for 20 years and now taking oxycodone. I want to go back to work but need to control pain from cervical fusion, nerve damage, and blown out discs. Nerve blocks don't work. I have insurance but will pay cash if necessary. Hi my name is Molly And I'm 27 from Louisiana . I've been sick since I was 8 years old. I have so many health problem that I couldn't even go threw all of them.
