My doctor has prescribed ZoralM-2 tablets for Type 2 DieBETICS.,but after taking the tabls strong sense of numness developed in my hands and feets,that was moderate to severe.Then i read in the net that numbness is one of the side effects of the tablets ,then i stopped the tablets .Kindly inform me the side effects of the tablets

II have been taking Glaasiphage 500 for the last 3years.About4months ago I started taking Zoryl m 2. My fasting sugar has come down from140 to about 100.I have however devaloped numbness inmy legs.Could it be because of Zoryl?

i am diabatic for last 15 yrs.i am taking Zoryl M 2 ,a tab bef. b f and before dinner.some times the tab. not av. can u sugest alternative tab.

Zoryl M2 contains the active ingredients Metformin and Glimepiride, these are oral antidiabetic medications used to help lower and control blood sugar levels.


Yes, the stomach pain can be a side effect of this class of medications, along with gas, nausea and dry mouth.

On the original post, that is not a normal side effect. Have you spoken to your doctor about this?
