Zen Retard 300 Mg Side Effect

I have been taking zen retard 300 mg twice a day from last 10 years. My hands have been trembling from last few years. But from last few months it has increased a lot. I am worried. I don't have thyroid. Please tell me is it a side effect of zen retard or it's something else.

I have been taking zen retard 300 for 10 years (twice daily). And now I became diabetic over the past 3 years and am taking insulin. Is it safe for me to be taking both? Please tell me.
