Was the marking possibly ZC 26?

If so, Zydus Pharmaceuticals lists this tablet as containing 15mgs of Meloxicam, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, which is used to treat pain, fever, and swelling.

The FDA lists its typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach irritation, and increased risk of bleeding.
