Yellowish Round Pill With M In A Box And Numbers 595 On Other Side

Found a pill in my daughter's room - it's a yellowish round pill with M in a box and numbers 595 on other side. Anyone know what it is?

The round yellow pill with M on one side and 595 on other side is the generic oxycontin pain killer 40mg. It is extremely addictive so you should talk to your daughter about it asap.

I am holding one in my hand at the moment, and it is 100% a 40mg Controlled Release Oxycodone. This is a highly potent drug, and if it is not prescribed for your daughter, than it is also very illegal. Hope that this helps.

Well, there is no doubt it is an oxy, and that's an opium, which is highly addictive and starts to hurt you Cuz Once you r addicted, I'd you don't have it, you become what is called "DOPE SICK" this it's very very bad. Talk to her ASAP. I'm an ex-H addict. Haven't done any in 6 1/2 years. If she doesn't stop Now.....she could just as easily move to H. That's what happened to me. Help her. And it is a Long Journey. Watch for signs of irritation, body aches, nausea/vomiting, lactation or watering of eyes, cold and hot sweats

Small yellow round pill with score on one side and 2 sets of num or letters... It's only a half and all I can see is the last number which is 3

It is a muscle relaxer..... I have a prescription for the. That is exactly what they look like. It's not oxy.

This pill is oxycododone a opiate...mild pain killer....i suggest talking to her so maybe you can get her help before her tolerence is higher and she's starting the big boys, oxycontin, etc. I suggest not coming at her in anger but in concern. She probably needs some better coping skills and you want her to come to you in the future not be afraid to talk to you...we don't choose addiction but if she stops taking those now she has a fighting chance. Ask if she gets withdrawal. If she does i suggest keeping her in bed for a week and giving her kratom, its a natural herb that helps people withdrawal off opiates...if you do get her off them let her know she can talk to you about relapsing or wanting to relapse. If she ends up relapsing i suggest putting her on suboxone for a short period of time. I am an opioid addict and i was afraid to ask 4 help from my parents...so showing anger will only push her away. Trust is very hard in your situation if you feel the need you can buy U/A's and randomly ask for them. Hopefully im just talking worst case scenario. I wish you well.

Oxycodone IS the same as Oxycontin... So what do you mean by "moving to the big boys"?... You shouldn't be giving false information.

This is not a mild pain reliever, this is a very strong pain reliever. A mild pain reliever containing opium would be a Percocet 5 milligram. Hopefully she has not been taking these medications because they can and have killed people. Most people that cannot get their hands on oxycodone, Roxicodone or Oxycontin which all fall into the same category when they can't get their hands on the pill they turn to the heroin. I've seen it around my life with friends and family of my own for many many years so I'm praying that she just took this pill and set it aside just to seem cool. At that age it's so hard to tell what's going in these teenagers' minds but just like these other comments have told you don't come at her so hard ass. Sit her down, talk to her, explain to her what medications and others like it can do to somebody, but first make sure you as the parent educate yourself about this medication. Please don't ever think that it is a mild pain reliever because it is not. I have been on pain relieving medications for almost 20 years due to an accident that I had. I know the ritual she goes through, the sickness you feel inside that makes it even worse. I've raised 4 children and been through all those teenage things that are the hardest time for our children and us as parents because they're no longer a child but they're not an adult yet either. I did a lot of screaming a lot of nights laying awake and a lot of days crying but I made it through. All four of my teenagers are going to be respectable law-abiding adults. I look at them today and every tear to eye drops while they were going through their teenage years was well worth it to Stand My Ground and be their parent before I was their best friend. I wish you all the luck in the world. I know how hard it can be, but like I said please educate yourself. The best tool we as parents can have is knowledge and patience. Good luck.
