I have one like that and it is a 7.5 milligram meloxicam which is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory an analgesic works very well for joint pain and fever reducer but only take one a day. It does take a little time it has to build up in the blood system and you have to be very consistent taking it at the same time each day.

Meloxicam works best if taken regularly and around the same time each day, but it will still have some effect, even if taken occasionally.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.
