The pill with the 4098 and 500 on it contains 500mgs of Nabumetone, it is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory used to treat pain, fever and swelling.

It may cause side effects, such as: nausea, drowsiness, stomach irritation and headache.

I am, however, not finding a listing for the ones with just a 357 on them. The Hydrocodone, with Acetaminophen tablet that has a 357 on it also has an M on it.
