This tablet is manufactured by Unichem Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 15mgs of Meloxicam, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.
