Xanax Morphine Somas Hydrocodone Problems

I am perscribed morphine hydrocodone somas and xanex. My question is this. Has anyone ever had really wierd side effects off of this combo? I have hallucinated a couple times. I have accidentally over dosed because as my wife said i kept getting out of bed to take more but don't remember at all. If someone has had these issues please let me know if it's the medicine or something else please

Hello, Bill! How are you? I am very sorry about the problems you've experienced.

While it could be due to the combination, my first guess is actually to blame the Xanax, it has been known to cause these type of issues in some people that take it.

The night that you kept getting up to take more, was it after taking an evening dose of the Xanax?

This benzodiazepine carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability.

Have you spoken to your doctor? What is the dosage of it that you take? Why do you take it?

You may need to switch to a different medication.

As Verwon has stated, if I were to guest alot of the issues are likely related to the Xanax. I've had more than a few experiences while taking a higher dose of Xanax, went about my night feeling somewhat drowsy but still in control just to wake up the next day finding stuff placed in odd places, pillows all knocked to the floor, ect... with limited to no recollection as to what happened. So Xanax is known to cause similar effects, that and with the other fairly powerful pain and muscle relaxer medications that you've mentioned likely could increase these effects. If you've acquired you medicine through a doctor I would strongly suggest talking to them about it, if not I would recommend that you pace out the medications, drop as many as you can or atleast lower the dosages especially closer to bed time and this should help some.

The combination of all those medicines could make you hallucinate? Xanax does not cause this although if you discontinue Xanax you are prone to serious withdrawal problems which include hallucination!

Xanax, a highly addictive benzodiazepine, Soma a CIV,& hydrocodone is way over the safe parameters of driving, using machines, or most anything else. Unless the use of stronger drugs is out, your liver will be inundated with high enzymes and the APAP isn't going to lower them.
