You are confusing the names of different medications, this medication is not Xanax, nor a generic for it.

The tablet marked R180 contains 4mgs of Tizanidine, the active ingredient in Zanaflex, which is a muscle relaxant.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and headache.
