If there are no markings, it is going to be difficult to narrow down what this tablet may contain.

We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, since they are all required to have markings to enable their identification, however, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter products.

I've even had vitamin tablets that meet this description.
