Does anyone know if there is a difference between the 5721 & 155? I have been on 155s & just recently got switched to 5721 due to my pharmacy. I called them today because I have been sick with bad headaches & stomach aches. But only after I take these.

Under the Hatch-Waxman Act of 1984, generics are allowed to differ from the name brand, in the amount of the active ingredients, by as much as plus or minus 20% and they do not have to measure against each other, only the name brand. Thus one generic could be lower in the amount of the active ingredients and one could be higher, which could explain you symptoms.
However, since the differences are usually very slight, your body tends to adjust in a week, or two.
