White round pill, one side is blank, the other side has Z018. What kind of pill is this? My grandmother found it in her medicine cabinet.

Is the marking posibly ZC18? Could you please double check?

If so, it is manufactured by Zydus Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 40mgs of Paroxetine, which is an SSRI antidepressant that is also used to treat anxiety.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and weight gain.,
