white round pill w/ R on one side and 153 on the other. and another pill w/ 16 on one side and 99 on the other.(numbers could be reversed??)

R153 is Ondansetron 4mgs, a generic for Zofran. This is used to help prevent nausea.

The other pills markings are actually GG 91, this is Lorazepam 0.5mgs, a generic for Ativan.
