Excellium Pharmaceuticals lists this tablet as containing 0.5mgs of Lorazepam, which is a benzodiazepine that is most commonly used to treat anxiety, panic disorders, and some severe forms of insomnia. NDC code: 64125-0904

The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, irritability, and headache.
