One thing to take into account upon comparing this particular tablet with other manufacturers, is that each pill is probably going to contain a different set of inactive ingredients.
The binders/fillers found in this white round pill (marked with "155" on one side and a half moon logo on the other) are reported to be:
citric acid anhydrous + corn starch + crospovidone + lactose monohydrate + mannitol + magnesium stearate + povidone + sodium citrate + sucralose
I would try seeing what substances are being used in the composition of these other brands you've tried and find out what differences there are that may be attributing to the different effects you're noticing. As far as I know, the inert ingredients are the only things that change (aside from the dosage) across each manufacturer.
