Actually the real truth its a generic Tylenol to be completely honest it is equate (Wal-Mart's generics) regular strength 325 mgs and who ever is taking them thinking their caffeine TABS needs to stop to much acetaminophen/Tylenol can hurt you bad!! I hope you read this cause I guess I'm the only one who is looking at the bottle and the pill your asking about! This shows me people go on these sites and just guess and say they know next time you need to know just look it up in medsA-Z good luck

It's a 200 mg stay awake caffeine pill from rite aid stores. I have purchased them several times. One pill is as safe and effective as one cup of coffee according to the label. I hate the bitter taste of coffee, so occasionally i take these stay awake pills.

I know without doubt; it's an over the counter caffeine pill. The reason I know this is because I buy them alot.
