I was able to confirm that there is a 20mg Escitalopram tablet with just the number 20 on it, however, I don't know if it is scored, or not.

This is a generic for Lexapro, which the FDA classifies as an antidepressant that can also help with anxiety. Typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and weight gain.
