Is the marking possibly Westward 290? Can you please double check and post back?

If so, Westward lists it as containing 500mgs of Methocarbamol, which is a muscle relaxant that is used to treat muscle strains, sprains, and spasms.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth.
