White Round Pill 312

I found a small round white pill marked with 312 on one side and the other side blank. I believe it to be a muscle relaxer. Can't find anything on any website. Does anybody have any clue what this could be?

The only white pill I'm finding marked with "312" on one side and blank on the other, happens to be oblong in shape and not round, as you described it. This particular pill is identified as Vytorin (ezetimibe 10mg + simvastatin 20mg), which is used in the treatment of high cholesterol.

National Drug Code (NDC): 66582-0312
Size: 11.00 mm

Another possible match I found is a white round pill marked with "512" as opposed to 312. This one happens to have a score line on the back side and is identified as generic Acetaminophen 325mg + Oxycodone 5mg; a medication used for moderate to severe pain.

Size: 12.00 mm
