Physicians Total Care lists the tablet with the G 1540 10 marking as containing 10mgs of Amlodipine, which is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure, and certain cardiac conditions. NDC code: 54868-5762

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.
