White Ritalin Pill With An R One Side And 550 On Other

I accidentally spilled opened my wife's purse and she had small white pills with these fancy letter R on one side and 550 on the other what are these pills for I am concerned I am very worried don't want to approach her until I know what to PI'll is first.

Are the markings in black print?

If so, this is a 50mg delayed release Diclofenac tablet, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation.
