Zanaflex (4 mg) muscle relaxant. I like them to help me relax and sleep, as I suffer from insomnia. They work better than Flexeril.

Tammy's identification is correct, this is a 4mg Tizanidine tablet, which is the generic for Zanaflex.

And yes, as a muscle relaxant, it may cause drowsiness as a side effect, along with nausea, dizziness and headache.
