This tablet is manufactured by GlaxoSmithKline and they list it as a 4mg Avandia tablet, which is used to treat diabetes.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, flatulence, stomach pain, diarrhea and low blood sugar.
