White Pill With G Z On One Side And Plain Scored On The Back
UpdatedI would like to know what this pill is please, small white pill with a G scored then Z and plain back. I have came across it in my home and it doesn't belong to any meds I recognise so worried where its came from. Help appreciated.

Hi sonia,
The closest match I can find is Gliclazide (80 mg); which is a white round pill with the imprint G Z on one side divided by a score line and C on the back. Gliclazide is an oral hypoglycemic (anti-diabetic drug) and is classified as a sulfonylurea. From what I can gather, this medication is manufactured in the UK and Canada, it is sometimes combined with the U.S. drug Metformin.
Do you think this could be your pill?
