This tablet is manufactured by Hetero Drugs and they list it as containing 750mgs of the muscle relaxant Methocarbamol.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth.

That said, they should only be taken together if your doctor has instructed you to do so, because they can both increase sedation, which could be dangerous for some people.
