I believe the imprint you were looking at was actually R 180, it matches this description. It is manufactured by Par Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 4mgs of Tizanidine, which is a muscle relaxant that is used to treat pain associated with strains, sprains, and spasms.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, and headache.
