I'm afraid it's not clear, because the tablet with the IP 190 500 marking on it contains 500mgs of Naproxen, which the FDA classifies as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.

However, there are none available in 5 or 10mgs.
