You need to be a little bit more specific. Are there 2 G's, and what is on each side? Is it round, rectangular, etc. Is it scored (does it have a line going through it to break in half)?

Then it is 100mg of ORPHENADRINE (Flexoject, Norject). It's a strong muscle relaxant used to relieve pain and stiffness in muscles and can treat muscle spasms. If combined with alcohol, it can be a pretty intense high at those dosages.
