A drug manufacturer called Collins Farmacéuticos (Pharmaceuticals) out of Mexico is reportedly known for producing unscored white tablets with a bird logo. Unfortunately, they do not list any specific details on their product page that point to a particular medication. However, you can visit their website (at collins.mx) to contact them directly regarding the tablet as a last resort.
