The only tablet that I've found that matches this description, including that slightly elongated round shape has BI (capital i) 10 on one side with a score on the other that is manufactured by Boehringer Ingelheim and they list it as being a Combipres tablet that contains 0.3mgs of Clonidine and 15mgs of Chlorthalidone.
This medication is listed by the FDA as being most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and its typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, increased urination, headache and dehydration.
Where did these tablets come from? I'll keep looking and see if I can find anything else that matches.
